LPN-BSN cohorts begin each fall. Students must complete a minimum of 124 semester hours of coursework to earn the degree Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Students must complete a minimum of 57 semester hours of general education coursework as outlined in the plan of study, including a minimum of:
Students attend other regionally accredited colleges and universities to complete the general education component of the plan of study. Students are required to complete a minimum of 67 semester hours of nursing coursework. This includes 20 semester hours of validation credit for the LPN (awarded after successful completion of NU240, LPN-BSN Bridge and NU285, Health Assessment for the LPN) and 47 semester hours of nursing coursework completed at Allen College.
