Application Materials Required
An application form is available on the Allen College web site or one may be secured by contacting the Student Services office at (319) 226-2000 or via e-mail at This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it . Applications are considered once the applicant's file is complete. Applicants may also be asked to complete an interview with an Allen College representative. Once all information has arrived, the College Admissions Committee will determine acceptance. Students will be notified in writing when a decision has been made regarding admission. To assist with the application process the recommendation form, Essential Functions (DMS), Essential Functions (MLS) and Essential Functions (NMT) requirements are available online.
