  • Job Shadow Experience Documentation (DMS & NMT only)
  • Essential Functions Form
  • One official copy of final High School transcript with ACT scores sent directly from the school to Allen College
  • One official copy of all College transcripts sent directly from the school(s) to Allen College
  • An interview may be requested
  • The Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) is required of foreign students whose first language is not English

Applications are considered once the applicant's file is complete. Applicants may also be asked to complete an interview with an Allen College representative. Once all information has arrived, the College Admissions Committee will determine acceptance. Students will be notified in writing when a decision has been made regarding admission.
