Go to https://xen.ihs.org (you will see a new page called UnityPoint Health)
Enter your user name and password into "Welcome" area of this page
Click "Log On" button (you will see a new page asking you to change password)
Type your password into "Old password" area
Create a new password and confirm it (you can't repeat any passwords that you have used for this email account)
Click "OK" and close this page.
Go back to Allen College webmail page to access your email
