Summer Health Careers Camp is a free, one-week program designed for up to 20 area high school students interested in nursing and health sciences. This unique camp blends health career exploration with college readiness activities, giving students the tools and confidence to prepare for their future in health care and higher education.

Program Highlights:

  • Hands-On Care Exploration: Participate in interactive activities and learn real-world skills used by health care professionals.
  • Job Shadowing:  Gain firsthand experience by observing health care professionals in their work environment.

  • College Student Panel:  Hear directly from students pursuing health care degrees about their college journey.
  • College Prep Panel: Get insider tips about applications, scholarships, and strategies for success.

Allen College Summer Nurse Camp Dates: June 22-26, 2026

Applications will be accepted between February 3 – May 31, 2026, or until camp is full. Additional applications will be accepted and placed on an alternate list.
