Dr. Pfeiffer joined the physical therapy faculty in 2025. Her clinical experience includes working in a spinal cord injury research center and inpatient neurorehabilitation facility. She is passionate about improving the delivery of physical therapy education in the hybrid environment, especially through the incorporation of design best practices. She is a member of the APTA and has served on committees for the Academy of Physical Therapy Education and APTA Kentucky.

Dr. Pfeiffer’s area of research focuses on air travel accessibility, multimedia design, and psychomotor skill development in hybrid education. She has presented her research at the state and national levels.
