Dr. Maltas joined the Physical Therapy faculty in 2025. She brings a wealth of clinical experience in inpatient neurologic rehabilitation settings, working with both pediatric and adult populations. She has frequently served as a clinical instructor for physical therapy students and has also worked as adjunct faculty. Dr. Maltas has taken advanced coursework in Neurodevelopmental Treatment and pelvic floor rehabilitation. She is a member of the APTA and NDTA.
