What do you enjoy most about teaching at Allen College?
Since joining Allen College, I’ve felt deeply supported both personally and professionally. I’ve been encouraged to pursue my own goals while also empowered to help students achieve their goals. As an adjunct, I've been honored to receive multiple DAISY Award nominations from students, an incredibly meaningful recognition of our shared commitment to excellence. I’m also grateful for the continued encouragement and validation I’ve received from leadership, which has truly uplifted me in my journey as an educator. At Allen College, you are a name, not just a number.
