Group Visits

Interested in a group visit for your high school or organization? We offer customized group visits designed to help students learn about healthcare careers, college programs, and the student experience. Let us know your group's interests and goals, and we will work with you to create a meaningful visit. 

Group visits are intended for school and organization groups. Individual students and families should register for one of our regularly scheduled campus visit events.

What you need to know:

• A group consists of 5 or more people in ninth grade and above
• Visits are subject to availability and based on our event and class calendar
• Reservations should be made at least four weeks before your anticipated visit date
• We require one chaperone for every 10 students and the chaperone(s) must remain present with the group at all times
• We are not able to host groups on holidays and weekends
• Your visit is not confirmed until you receive confirmation communication from Allen Admissions

Activities vary based on availability and the time of year but may include:

• Admissions Presentation
• Current Students Panel
• Faculty Meeting
• Campus Tour
• Financial Services Presentation
• Other program specific activity

Please note that activity options may be limited during certain times of the academic year.

Request a Group Visit
To arrange a group visit, please email admissions@allencollege.edu and include:

• 3 to 5 preferred visit dates
• School or organization name
• Number of students attending
• Goals for the visit
• Primary contact name, email, and phone number
