Allen College has been recognized by ModernThink® and The Chronicle of Higher Education as a Great College to Work For!  This recognition is an amazing testament to all of the incredible work you perform with our students and each other.  This recognition was the result of our responses on the survey that was deployed during the spring 2026 semester.  This is the fourth year in a row we have achieved this tremendous honor.

For 2026, Allen College was awarded “Honor Roll” recognition earning distinction in 6 of 10 categories the survey evaluated.  The 6 categories we received recognition for are:

  • Compensation and Benefits
  • Confidence in Senior Leadership
  • Faculty and Staff Well-being
  • Shared Governance
  • Faculty Experience
