Allen College Achieves 100% NCLEX Pass Rate, Ranking Among Top Nursing Programs in Iowa
Waterloo, Iowa — [April 30, 2026] — Allen College proudly announces that its Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) graduates achieved a 100% first-time pass rate on the NCLEXRN® examination for the first quarter of 2026, placing the program among the top-performing nursing schools in the state of Iowa.
This perfect pass rate significantly exceeds both Iowa and national averages. During the same period, average NCLEX pass rates were 87.04% statewide and 86.75% nationally for all RN programs, and 93.16% statewide and 87.89% nationally for BSN programs. Allen College’s results reflect exceptional academic preparation, clinical training and faculty support.

The National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX-RN®) is the final step for nursing graduates seeking licensure as registered nurses. Performance on the exam is widely recognized as a key indicator of program quality and graduate readiness for professional practice.
